At Luna and Laurel, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the health and sanitation of all customers.
We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.
Refunds are only issued under the following condition:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund for the item price only. Shipping costs, taxes, and tips are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
